Unique! (hopefully)

My buddy and I here in good ol' Chicago have a paint booth reserved for April He will be getting re-sprayed in the OEM Laguna Green Metallic but my car wil go under a transfromation

My CL is going to be re-sprayed Rio Yellow Pearl
(kinda like this S2K)

And I also will be taking off the factory spoiler and replace it with a Carbon Fiber design by Seibon

Feedback would be great.

Also what color should I get the wheels powdercoated? lol

Not yellow. Graphite or black or silver would be my suggestions. What are your wheels? Have a pic?

That's going to look horrid on the CL design. Not many cars can look good in yellow.
If it was me....I'd do corvette blue with black wheels.

True fuzzy not many can pull yellow, but the main reason is the shade of yellow. The Rio Yellow Pearl just looks amazing IMO.
If an OEM color choice was that "Sundance orange" color more commonly refered to as "Pimp Daddy Gold" for our CL, then Rio Yellow Pearl will look badass.
Blue was an option but I wanted white powdercoated rims and blue w/ white rims looks a little

I'm not sure about this Rio Yellow Pearl.

You can't think of any colors that are better looking?

I would say...keep looking.

White wheels...bleh.

They should compliment the car's exterior color and white is a sharp contrast.

Get dirty too easily....you are going to either have to be cleaning them all the time and enjoy it dirty...

Honestly, I think the CL is just plain too fckn big to look good in yellow (you're driving a 2-door yacht). Yellow also seems to suit straighter lines better... and the CL is blessed with none. I usually like brighter colors, white, silver, etc, but BMW's Carbon Black is my new favorite

definately too loud for a CL --- but if your bent on yellow go with something a little less bright

If it was me, (and i know you dont like blue) id repaint either like the bmw interlagos blue, lemans blue, or topaz blue

That is a good chop!

I'm not feeling it CL-SA

I still think keep looking...there are so many options.

This one doesn't compliment the design of the CL.

Again...my

Yellow isn't that bad but if you go with such a bold color you have to back it up with some serious HP, so they'll think twice. But if I were you and were willing to take the time and paint the car correctly i would do something f-n sexy.

Take in to mind that our cars body is simple but sexy, sleek but long... you have to pick a color that suits her completely.

exp. of flat color would be the BMW M3 light and dark blue
exp. of a metallic colors sonic blue pearl, Si blue, dark green, bronze "like people have their wheels", Black but with a deep red metallic

If I really cant think of any really good color I was thinkinig of just giving it a coat of BMW M3 Gunmetal Silver.

But in the meantime Im considering the Orange color that the Lambos' use lol
