is THIS under warranty? PART 2

so i bring my car to the dealer today and aside from the regular maintenance, i have them check out the door panel that is a problem to many CLs out there. when the service advisor looks at it, he tells me that this part is NOT covered under warranty because it's a normal "wear and tear" part. i say, "so if it's normal wear and tear, how come the passenger side doesn't have this problem? it's under normal use." he's stumped as hell and says, "let me call acura claims and see if this is covered." later on he tells me once again, "this is NOT covered under warranty. i'm like, WTF? i pay an additional fee for extended coverage and you guys can't even fix a simple thing like that panel? and he's like "yeah." so i'm like, "fuck it, finish up my car and let me get the hell out of here."

Two words. F'n A-holes! Cancel your extended, I got $900 back for my prorated cancellation amount. But I only had my extended warranty for about eight months.

Shit's under warranty dude! You need to ask that service advisor what it is he/she or they don't understand about the phrase "Bumper-to-Bumper". Arm rests typically don't "wear out". It's not like they're lights, brakes, wipers, or tires. They are freakin' molded plastic pieces that fit together and are supposed to stay that way. WTF!

Sorry, hate to be hostile. I simply hate Acura service or lack thereof rather.....

For those of you who got it replaced under warranty, please list the dealership that you went to. If it's in CA that is.

I bought a Certi Pre-Owned that came with the same problem. I went to have it fixed under my extended warrnty. They said that it would not be covered.
I then took it the the manager of the Used car dept. They are going to fix it for me.
It was only about $120 to be fixed, but for me it was the principle.
