Unclear plates???

SO...yeah its the end of the month....time for those BS tickets...i got stopped in the palisades parkway...the cop ask me where im coming from and i said work....why oh why did i say that....he was like that " well i dont know where work is, your starting off on the wrong with all this attitude" i was thinking whoa i really did not say anything just one word to this guy....anyway this was a clear case of racial profiling this asshole he could not find anything to give me a ticket for so he give me a ticket for unclear plates. I dont have anything on my plates other than the license plate holder from my dealer....UNCLEAR PLATES FOR CHRIST SAKE!!! RACIAL PROFILING I SAY!!! just venting sorry about the complaining

Take a clear picture of the plate with the holder. Then go to court. If the judge can read your plate, the ticket will get dismissed.

It's going to be a waist of time but I agree, a pic of the plates and a day in court will help, don't give that bastard the satisfaction.

That's BS, but it is technically illegal to have anything that will "hinder" the view of your plate. Bottom line....the cop's an asshole. Now you have to decide if it's worth your time to fight it.

Fight it, I got pulled over for not wearing my seatbelt. Went to court, cop never showed up, and went home with a smile, knowing my insurance isn't going up next year. Technically it was a moving violation. BTW MASS sucks for insurance, everything is mandated by the State - no progressive, state farm, geico, etc. If you are a step 14 you pay x, thats it.
