the reverse for the Z is located on the bottom right. but u have to push the stick down then move the stick back to the right. juswt wonderinf if thats the same with all 6 speeds?

On the 6sp, reverse is all the way right and all the way down. No special manipulation is required because the tranny electronically prevents you from shifting into reverse if you are moving. I didn't know this at first and was paranoid about shifting into 6th gear at 90mph, I was afraid of going into reverse. It can't hapen.

Yep, to the bottom right. There's a reverse lockout so you don't accidently grab reverse when you meant to grab 6th.

dang

well then this is one neat thing with the Z. I like the fact that u can get into reverse unless u push the stick down then shift it into reverse...

yeah reverse can be a little bit of a bitch sometimes, but ive never worried about shifting into it instead of 6th....Im pretty sure it has a lockout mode when you are in a forward motion, well over like 5mph

I really hate the to the left & up like BMW has. It makes sense to have it that way, but when every manual you have driven has it to the right & down, it's arkward.
