You know I have had my maxima at an indicated 8500 RPMs and the engine didnt blow. Just goes to show that you cannot believe most of the stuff on the internet. BTW.....I was teaching my bro to drive stick and he put the tranny in the wrong gear

When I first read that thread I knew that it was b.s. that a new 350Z blew its tranny or engine...just glad that the moderator tracked that b.s. artist down...
