Well type-s isn't really copyrighted by honda/acura is it? I mean they arent exactly saying that it is a acura type-s or anything..it is the seller that is saying that..not the product?

It looks like "Type S" is a brand name. They have several other products:

Get them while you can, cause I'd bet Acura will send them a cease and desist order as soon they get smell of this.

S Type definitely....though that might be because I was a big fan of the arcade game R-Type back in the day.....
I think Type S might be a new designation like GT was years ago.

I hardly doubt that will happen. I have seen many "TypeR" producuts out there similar to this... cup holders, keychains, seatbelt covers, cell phone holders, air fresheners, etc... If Acura hasn't busted the other guys for the TypeR junx, why would they do it for the TypeS. It's hard to enforce.
