Driving home this weekend from the track a 20th Aniv GTI pulled up next to me on the highway. Blue, nice looking car IMO, even nicer looking girlfriend sitting in the passenger seat. Well I heard him jump on it next to me around 80 MPH. So I dropped into 3rd and blew right past him up until 110 where I shut it down 4 cars ahead of him. Easy kill as expected. We both got off at the next exit. He pulled up next to me on my left but wouldn't look over. His girlfriend did though and smiled HAHA

Then last night coming home from work I was sitting at a light next to a WRX. I had no idea if he was stock or if he had a few mods. Well I hear him revving up a little bit as the light is about to turn green. He takes off from the line and I get on it right after he does. he puts a good 4 car lengths on me because I didn't go WOT until I was through the intersection. Well lets just say by the time I chirped the tires from 1 -> 2 I was at his rear bumper and by 6000 RPM in 2nd gear I had 3 - 4 car lengths on him. This guy was much cooler than the GTI guy and at the next light said "I know that thing isn't stock." I said "yeah, I’ve got a few little things."

I need some real competition.

I rarely EVER do this kind of thing... but I was feeling the itch to smoke someone hehe. When I chirped 2nd right behind the WRX and then quickly got to his door I looked over and the guy looked my way and I could see him saying to his passenger "Damn!" LOL I had quite the grin.
