turned on car today and the car just didnt do anything, maintaince and whole bunch of ligths came on car is on too but i changed gear it wounldnt fall, then i turned it off and and turned it on again, everything back to normal, tranny problem???

 

I had a problem like that, it turned out that my shifter wasn't all the way in park. Like the shift was in park, but the sensor thinks it is inbetween park and R. I had taken my radio out and I guess when i put all the stuff back, I had the plastic piece around the shifter too far back so it kinda interfered with the shifter of being all the way in park. U can try adjusting it , which is wat i did, or u push the shifter closer to park, and it should start which i did for a day or two until i had the chance to readjust it.
