Turbo Manifold Offer

Folks.

BlueCLS6 and I plan on offering the turbo manifold for 6-speed CL-S's. This will include the following:

* Turbo Mount which bolts onto the tranny - this mount will support the A-pipe and hold the weight of the turbo
* A-pipe: 2" from Comptech collectors and 2 1/2" feeding the turbo. The inlet will be T3-style.
* Down pipe will be 3" dropping to 2 3/4" as it snakes it way back to the catalytic convertor with a flex-pipe and necessary O2 bung(s). There will be no downpipe flange as different turbochargers have different exhaust housing options.

Stainless-Steel will be $1600 and Mild-Steel will be $1200 shipped.

I would need a 50% deposit w/o exceptions. This should fit the 6-speed Accords as well.

This is the exhaust plumbing only. You need to purchase everything else including the turbo.

we need this for the autos, I'd sell me SC and start all over if someone would develope an Auto mantifold, much larger market. Also your price is very reasonable, please consider it for your next project, if you get bored in a while.

How about a cast iron version that will actually last longterm unlike steel which always seems to crack on people due to the heating and cooling stresses on a turbo manifold? Or am I thinking of aluminum?

Cast iron is very expensive the first time around... and very cheap for mass-production. However, stainless-steel is just as hardy and durable - look at the Comptech Header! Thermal properties of SS are very good.

The reason a lot of manifolds fail (crack) on most turbo-kits is that the entire weight of the turbo (on nearly all street 4-cyl motors) is held by the manifold. In this case, there is a very hefty mount for the turbo. Plus, I plan on adding a vibration-mount as well. After talking with a lot of guys in the import-racing scene - I'm talking about Stef Pappadakkis downwards... the second failure-mode is due to vibration.

I am 100% certain this manifold will outlast the motor!

Well, depends on what you use:

Manifold - $1200 - $1800
Turbo - $700 to $1500
Intercooler - $750 to $800
Wastegate - $220 - $300
BOV - $200 - $250
FPR - $300
E-Manage - $440
Injectors - $550
Fuel Pump - $100
All Oil Lines/Fittings - $200
Fuel Lines/Fittings - $150
IC Piping - $500
Guages etc. - $100 - $400

So, could be anywhere from ~$5400 to > $7000. The biggest cost-adders are SS piping, a very good turbo/IC/WG combination.

This assumes you do all the installation.

not really... you can buy all the parts seperately as opposed to paying +/- $4k one time for the S/C.

The price is competitive because the S/C (costing around $4K) doesn't come with the E-Manage or additional injectors either. If you want a base-line turbo kit boosting 5psi, subtract $1K.

You've also included the IC and the IC piping,... another 12-13 hundred.

allmotor, i think what people want to know is how much a kit would cost, something that provides similar gains to CT SC.
my guess for a bottom line system without IC would run right what the SC costs.
i think for anyone who rather get a turbo instead should definately consider allmotor manifold. for about 3800 plus install, you can get the base kit and probably get it tuned to give more power than the SC. total gain should definately be over the SC, with the priceless turbo sound!
good work allmotor, you and scalbert have opened up a wealth of options to us all
