Turbo Kits, suspension and brake mods

Can any of you tech guys let me know if it would possible to got to a turbo set-up If the motor is built by a good engine shop, I know that there is plenty of space for either a single or twin turbo set-up, my main concern is how solid the block and the rest of the components are. I added roughly 400-500 lbs in custom stereo equipment, so My car is slower and the rear saggs down. I also need recomendations on suspension setup, I want a solid pair of coilovers so I can correct the stance of the car but don't know what to buy, I also want a big break kit and was wondering what else is available besides the Brembo Evo kit, will an Accord big break fit with some modification? I have a show car in terms of stereo equipment and install, but now I want to make a show piece motor that will haul ass

Plenty of space for a single or twin turbo? Have you ever looked at your engine bay? Half the problem is that there isnt any space...The other problem is that the tranny cant handle the extra power. Comptech is working on an SC right now. But that is still gonna be awhile it seems...

Let me reword that, What would I have to do to reinforce the tranny? any chance of being able to swap it out for a manual? I am hell bent on doing a custom high output motor on this thing I need to to know what needs to be done, I know I can make room for the turbo, and I am confident that the internals in the motor, even though some I will replace, can handle up to 400hp at the crank. Most people don't realize how solid these blocks and internal components are. The tranny is another question and that is were I need assistance, and the breaks, i already ordered the Mugen coilovers.

If I were you, I would talk to the guys at http://www.levelten.com

They're in NJ and do transmission work. I'm sure they would have some ideas on trying to bulletproof the tranny. It's gonna be hella expensive though.

Mugen coilovers all the way

Brembo is the only game in town right now. Remember they are only the fronts. I heard the AEM's fit in the front too, but I wouldn't chance something that wasn't made specifically for your car.

...but now I want to make a show piece motor that will haul ass

Trade it in for a chipped S4 or an M3 or M5

The best bet on the tranny is a full-on replacement (BIG $$$). The manumatic ain't gonna take it, not yet. The ratios are thick enough, but the rest isn't gonna take it.

The bore spacing on the engine should be OK for moderate boost - the head gasket should hold OK. You will probably need a custom fiberglass bonnet, 'cause there isn't any room for a turbo under there. If you can though, go with the supercharger - the low end tourque boost will give you a better performing car, and is probably what you're looking for given your weight gain. If you do have the type-s, the 260hp will be nicely complemented with better low-end torque. And this WILL require a new tranny.

or get a small turbo
it may fit ok with a small turbo...like how integs have the wastegates facing up and the turbo is down...Or wait to see if there will be a 6spd manual and beef up that instead
