well first off, i should hav read a thread posted earlier....sumthign about not needing to change spark plugs at 60K miles.

my maint req light was on for a while even around 54K miles. when i finally reached alittle over 60K mile i went in to change my spark plugs. (platinum or sumthing liek that) but i never did the whole "tune up"

i decided to just turn the maint req light off myself

think it be that much of a problem later???

 

Read your manual about the light. It doesn't means you need a "tune up" per se.

 

Most of the 60k Maintenance you can do yourself, checking all the fluids.

 

Plugs don't need to be done till 105K...
