i had a TSX loaner recently and noticed how much nicer the side mirrors are than the ones on the CL. the TSX mirrors are a bit smaller and have turn signals

what i'm asking is if it's possible to put the TSX mirrors on a CL.

has anyone done this?

would there be any compatibility issues doing the conversion?

i'm guessing nobody has done this...or there's not much interest, but i think it's nicer than some of the other 'cosmetic stuff'.

i guess it's just you and me! did you find out anything from the dealer?

those side mirrors with the turn signals would be amazing...and if you could somehow have them retract...wow!

 

This is a mod that I think would be kinda cool. I like the smaller, turn signal style TSX mirrors opposed to the Floppy Ear Mirrors on the CL

 

Look in the offtopic wash wax section (could be the audio video sction though). Streeteffetz is molding the TSX mirror blinkers onto a set of TL side mirrors. Thats the closest anyone has come to doing it though. I don't think they can just swap right in, so they need to be custom made.

wow...looks like someone is a few steps ahead of me! i was thinking of the latter idea in that thread of just taking the TSX assembly and somehow molding it to our existing mirror base. i havent really looked into this too much, but it's on my list.
