TSB for windshield smears?

I did a search on here for this, and I only found one mention of it by Nashua.

I also checked on www.nhtsa.gov (or whatever it is) and couldn't find it there.

I'm bringing my '03 CL-S in to the dealer to get some things fixed, and I'd like to get this fixed too.

Does anyone have more info about this TSB, including the #?

Thanks.

I think it's the wipers. I complained at my last oil change and got them replaced. But of course after some time they're just as bad again.

wipper smears was only on 2001 for certain VIN numbers, I don't think 03 has this TSB at all.

Thanks guys.

I guess I'll have to deal with not being able to see when sun shines into my wet windshield...

Nah, when I use the windshield wipers to clean off a bit of water or washer fluid, the wipers leave streaks behind. They fade after a minute, it's just annoying. At certain angles the sun can reflect off the streaks and make it hard for me to see.

try rainx. it's the best when applied correctly. just follow all of the instructions on the box and it will never smear again.

I thought it was funny that the dealer changed the wiper blades on my 03 when I went for the 7500 mile checkup

Don't know why they did it, but it was on the work order.
