my trans went out the day before thanksgiving.they told me it would probably be the first of the year before it was ready.they called me yesterday telling me it was ready.my question is..is it a new transmission or a rebuild?i just don't understand how you go from a national backorder for two months to "it's ready!".

 

It could be either a remad or new. Either is just as good. Acura has been furiously working to reduce the wait times and it looks like they are starting to succeed. Still no firm info on what is wrong- just that we can get replacements hopefully sooner!
