2 questions....
In automatic mode I floored it after starting to roll a little bit...the car chirped a tiny bit when I cam einto second gear..Is this anything to be concerned about? Car does not seem jerky at all --seems to run smooth...also my car is like the 33,000 car built...I have the new cupholders stock...did I escape the initial "problem" transmissions or does it affect all CL-S's?

Second--
In SS mode I floored it....stayed in 1st gear close to 7000 rpm's and then I shifted...question is did I shift or did it shift on its own from first to second?

 

Normal to chirp at WOT.. You can not control first to second in
SS mode (it's automatic).
