you guys say "improvement". what you mean to ask is "is it prolonging the life of your tranny"?

I believe that the tranny cooler is only there to prolong the tranny. At least that is how it works to my knowledge..

Yeah, the tranny cooler will allow the tranny to last until right after your warranty expires now.

So what, our radiators do not have tranny cooling lines on them? I thought they did, oh well.

My 1990 Pontiac Bonerville had a tranny cooling line going in and out of the bottom of the radiator.

Does anyone know if the CL-S has this same type of setup?

Yes, it does. Most (if not all) automatics use this technique.

Re: Re: Tranny Cooler

I don't keep up with Whos banned and who isn't; I only do searches on USEFUL information when I'm looking for it on the Car.

If you got a Problem with Resurrecting an old thread, you can just kiss my LILLY WHITE Butt !

If I'm looking for information; I dont' care when the last thread was.

Whoa. You guys brought up CLpower and I was reminded that we had been set up to do a mountain drive (but then I had my accident and put a stick in the works.) I can't even find his old posts anymore. Must've been some bruhaha. :o
