Tranny Blues again

WEll, i am beginning to see how much people can hate there cars. Today i had to have my cl-s towed to the dealer cause it has beeen leaking tranny fliud since it was fixed last month. I dont know what happened, but i called the dealer and my service guy told me that the seal was leaking and it needed to beordered and would come in on monday. SO i needed a rental again, but this time i didnt have to go thru enterprise, they hooked me up with a phatty 2002 RL, with navi and onstar. SUch a nice car, cant wait to drive it around town, cruising and pimpin in style. I really hope all goes well THIS time with my tranny cause im beggining to hate havin to make these calls to acura about it. Wish me luck.
wg
ps, at least let this stay in car talk for a few minutes before movin to tranny discussion.

ANd make sure u watch your driveway or garage for drops of red fluid. IF u got some, u got trouble, cause my whole tranny dumped its fluid all over my garage and driveway.
but now i am sporting a RL for the weekend, nice trade off

I've been on my second transmission for like 4 months now and haven't experienced any problems at all. Anyways, not too many people here have had problems with their second transmission, unless it wasn't installed correctly, so I don't know where you're getting this from.

umm..to answer your question there, the original tranny from the factory is NEW....replaced trannys are REBUILT.. which kinda means the internals were replaced and the unit was shipped back to the dealer..

I am on tranny 2 and don't like my new tranny...it seams weird..
