What's the difference between the two besides they are body color?

I think the 02s also are smaller which creates less wind noise, and they are blue tinted

I don't know why you would want to change the mirrors anyways--it's not like the 02 mirrors are some beautiful work of art!

Now, give me some M3 style mirrors and I would be in.

they told me that it wouldn't be possible
although the people here in pittsburgh really don't know what they are talking about
i wanted to get auto-up windows for my car as well and they said
"ITS NOT POSSIBLE"

but if it is plz let me know

the '02 side mirrors are smaller, bodycolored and bluetinted

basically like those on the newer TLs and Bimmers

bodycolor doesn't really matter for me since i have a BLK CL

but i like the smaller look versus the DUMBO looking ones i have

and it is blue tinted .which will reduce light glare at night.i am thinking of the same thing also

The blue tint does help alot on very dark interstates with alot of trucks.

Some of the nicer car alarms offer those features, you could even set it up to close your sunroof when you lock/arm your car. Look into it, not at the dealer though.

I'm a phan of the blue tint, and the smaller profile, but if you drive a black car to start with, you don't ahve to worry about the shitty appearance on all non-black cars.

Just paint the stock mirrors like I did. I think it looks alot better.

Acura Carland lists the complete unit for $142.25 for each side. I changed the driver side on my Civic once, and it was real easy!!!! Shouldn't be much difference. The mount looks the same. Here is the link for the price and a pic. I am sure the 02 or 03 mirrors wont be much more. They don't have any 02 parts or prices yet. Be patient my young Jedi's!!!!

PimpD@ddy, Yours look real good!!!!! I think with a red, silver, PDG colored car, the painted mirrors are a MUST!!!!! I have to check them out closer when it's NOT raining!!!!!

I have silver and I like the two-tone mirrors. I think it blends in well with the black trim around the windows, and breaks the color up a bit so it doesn't look like a m&m.

A little over 1 year later this thread is revived by me. I am wondering what the best price on the updated 02 or 03 mirrors is and where to buy from.

it's not that bad. i paid $350 for the pair. acuraautomotiveparts.org or something like that. they come painted, so that save's some time and $.
