I met up with Johntypes at the track last night. It was pretty packed, so I was only able to get in 2 runs. One with John, and the other by myself. Here are the times.

BTW..the first run I had my car tuned with the V-AFC. I lowered the upper rpms, and added some fuel to the lower. VTEC was engaging at 4400.
2nd run, I changed all the setting to stock, and that is the time I got.
After those times, the first thing I did was check the actuator, and It looks like its gone. I didnt hear any clicking noise above 3-3500rpm. Acura dealership this week. I might need some help explaining the problem to the dealership though, and thats what worries me.

The dead actuator would definitely explain why (untuned) you're pulling stock times even though you have headers. That same thing happened with JZ and NOVAwhiteTypeS a year ago - JZ had headers and Joe didn't but they were neck and neck. Then JZ found out his actuator was busted and that explained it all.
Definitely get that fixed and then with tuning you should easily be at 14.4-14.5 if not lower (I see you have plugs and pullies... maybe 14.2? since you have VAFC to tune with).
