CAI can help, Under drive pulleys can help.
RES and MM-II if and only if it ever got produced can surely help

But really for your answer...

Comptech Supercharger === Real torque..

But to get torque use SS and keep the rev in 3500+ rpms...

this is the real torque!

Yeap, as Nashua said, force feeding is the answer to serious amound of torque increases.

Dont forget, by increasing torque, because peak torque usually appears at lower rpm than peak HP, what you really are saying is:

"How can I increase HP at lower RPMs"

Example. According to Acura, if our engine makes 232 pounds of torque at 3500 rpm, that means it makes 154.6HP at 3000 rpm. When you say, I want to increase that to 280 pounds of torque at the same rpm, you will get 186.6HP at that same 3000 rpm.

So more torque is really more HP, and most of the time, more HP at low RPM.
