For exhaust work, I went to "NOYZBOYZ PERFORMANCE Exhaust" in Scarborough.

Toronto here... dont know what shops though. I havent done anything to my ride yet, spring time probably some minor tweaks. Didnt realize there were this many from the TDOT. Maybe ive seen some of you on the 401!

Hi SG81 I have rcently parted company with a particular independant shop which shall remian nameless (caught said shop b.s.ing me on several occaisions). I was wondering what shops you recomend? (i'm not sure if this forum is preventing you from posting names? or the shop is your own?)

I am knowledgable and able to do most maintence myself (plugs, brakes, fluid changes etc.) however it's not getting any warmer out and it takes me longer than those who perform these tasks daily.

I live in toronto and just bought a black 03 CLS. Haven't done anything yet to it but got plans after the winter. High Tech in Thornhill is a good shop!

 

I'm from the Newmarket area too depends on what kind of work you are looking to get done, I seem to have a certain go to guy for everything lol. It's good to see other people from the Newmie area on here! I'm away at school right now but me and my bro are both rollin' in 3G NBP TL's, his is Type-S (bastard). Which shop was screwing you around?

 

im from sauga, i just got my cl last week and have only seen 1 other one on the road. I know Acura Woodbine is an official dealer of Comptech parts tho...if that helps

 

^^^^Woodbine is where i got my comptech rsb. The guy at the parts desk owns a CL as well.

I got my 35% ceramic tint done in Newmarket at the Detailing Shop.

they even stock ron jon gear there...

also id recommend "N1 Auto" they work on lots of TL's few members and myself go there, yellowpage.ca it...very cheap prices, installed my coilovers for 120

 

I just bought a house in brampton friday! i was planning on some xs headers soon, but they might be delayed a bit now. I have the supercomuper pedals to put in when spring comes though. I see a few CLs around but none of them look like they would be on this site. I'm working in north sauga. I love the TLs too. Especially the 2nd gen. ones. Really classy looking.

well in the summer time, acura woodbine has a show n shine event, didnt see any CL's last year, was about 5-6 TLs from AZ last year tho...

come out this year. u'll prob see a posting some time in the future

Can you give me more details about them? I need to change my breaks and Timing belt and i dont really have anyone to try out. Price? Workmanship? Quality?

 

its a small shop that specializes in only acura and honda cars. ive been there twice, there are about 2-4 people working there. The main guy's name i believe is...Ken..but im not 100% sure about that. I went there to check why im getting a funny idle, made an appointment (needed), he ended up cleaning my IACV and charging me 40$ and car has been running smooth ever since. The second time i went there because the tranny on my parents TL crapped out, the guy said he could do it for me but actually recommended that i go somewhere else because he cant provide a warranty(Mr.Transmission, Aamco). Honest guys, seem to know acura's and honda's really well. As far as their pricing, u can call them and they'll give u an estimate.


and i was actually gonna post here to say that i think i might have seen u around mavis/burnhamthorpe in mississauga about a month ago hahaha

Also have a buddy down the street with the same NBP 6-speed as me.

Mistazoom I think I saw you on the 401 a few weeks back.

 

damn well i guess hes legit only charging an hour for the iac, when it takes 10 min to do...

im gettin my 120k service done for 250, got the parts, all oem, for 450. all in cdn.
