1.Everybody seems to want one these days.
2.Takes 5-7 days to deliver.
3.Total after adding in shipping is $46.
4.They cannot guarantee that it works on any other car.
5.You should specify remote #1 or #2.

Mine works too, ordered from ahmotor.
They charge quite a lot for shipping. It's definately a lot more than what UPS charges them.
Just follow Shawn's instructions, which is simple enough.

My first posts says it all, I know a few here have already got it to work, that's no big deal.

I only commented because ahmotor definitely realized that lately lots of CL and perhaps older TL users were ordering it so they're making a point to say "it might not work" and I told them "no problem, it's not big deal; I'm pretty comfortable that it'll work, Astro, jj, and Shawn said so" and they said "Good deal; I believe you now...How many would you like?"

I'm about to order my new remote through ahmotor...

I've printed out the instructions and it seems simple enough to program the new remote...

I was wondering if anyone has ordered their remote, tried to program it, and hosed their current remote setup... If so, did you have to take it to the dealer to have it fixed, and what did it cost??

I'm pretty confident I won't screw it up but I want to be sure it's not "unfixable" IF I do screw it up!

I cannot find the remote on the catalog...

 

The remote isn't listed in their catalog... I emailed at sales@ahmotor.com and they quickly responed with a price quote...

I went to my dealer test drive the TL-S last week and i asked them about replacing the remote from the tl-s, the service guy told me that I can't use the remote control for my CL-S....U sure it works for our CL-S??

Got myself one and it beats those old ugly black ones.

 

I have a question for those of you who have successfully programmed your new TL remote to work with your CL.

When the instructions that Shawn S gave us from the Helm manual say to "push the transmitter lock or unlock button with the transmitter aimed at the keyless receiver unit" does this mean I have to actually aim the remote right at the receiver unit or will anywhere within the range of the remote work??

When you guys programmed your remote, did you have to aim the remote at a certain receiver box, if so, where is it?? Or, did you just sit in the driver's seat and follow the instructions?

dmy girlfriend has a 2000 accord... does anyone know if it will work with the accord 2000 ex v6? it has the three top buttons but not the panic...

 

I just sat in the drivers seat and held the remote(s) close to the keyhole.
