Just saw 2 of them at the Ed Napleton acura in Elmhurst. They have clears upper Tail lights. Doesn't look that bad but a few things I don't like. Seats are not as sporty and the exhaust looks cheap from the back end.

 

All new 2002 TL and TL-S are getting clear upper tail-lights. I have them on my 99TL and it looks way better than the stock orange that came with the 99-01.
Yes, I agree that they should have beefed up the exhaust, especially in the TL-S.

 

Yes, thats a known fact..take another close look at brochures, Acura's website, and commercials; should be fairly easy to notice

The tailight is from the Honda Inspire in Japan... so its nothing special.
You can even purchase those semi clear taillights from Tim's www.autocarparts.com it's been available for quite some time.

My brother bought his Black TL type S with navi and spoiler this weekend and it looks good! The tail lights are white which looks a hell of alot better than the yellow ones and it really stands out. I originally wanted the TL last year but it didn't come with the fogs and cd changer

Oh well.

We still can't figure out how the headrests tilts though...!
