TL bodykit on cl

I was wondering how much money it costs to make the Tl kit fit the cl. I know it differs upon bodyshops but im trying to get a round about price. My friend has an oem tl bodykit that he will sell to me for cheap so i want to see how much it costs to install and make it fit. Any sugestions would be awesome, thanks.
