Drop and Intake
I think the AEM's and Injens are very comparable in doing my research for a CAI.
As for the springs, here's my
...
I went H&R. You'll get about 1.7" up front and about 1.5" in the rear. You'll have a very slight rake but IMO, it looks real good and subtle.
A friend of mine swears by Eibach but I've never personally liked them. They always seem too bouncy in every car he's had them on. Also, not sure but someone correct me if I'm wrong but the Eibach's drop is lower than the H&R's. When I went to get my alignment done, they were just barely high enough to get the alignment dialed in right. Any lower and I would have needed a camber kit. But I also here that varies from car to car and it's not garanteed you'll have an issue or not, regardless of springs.
Good luck!
Oops, almost forgot... If you don't want a mean growl out of the CAI, go CT Icebox. It supposedly sounds stock with no growl.

INtakes:
Elaborating on what everyone else said. The best intake as far as performance goes would be the Comptech Icebox, however, with a SOHC VTEC motor, some go the sound of the tubular style intake(i.e. AEM, or Injen CAI). The Icebox looks and sounds as close to OEM as your going to get. The tubular intake makes the VTEC changeover waaay more noticeable, and makes an amazing roaring sound.
Lowering springs:
How low do you want to be ?
Does it matter if you have to buy a camber kit or not ?
Best ride quality and most likely no need for a camber kit are the Comptech Lowering springs, or the Eibach pro kit.... Comptech Lowers 1.5 front, and 1 rear, giving the best raked look, whereas the prokit lowers 1.5 all around.
Sportlines you will need a camber kit.
**Of note, Comptech's new series of lowering springs are actually made by Eibach**

my cheap way of a good sounding/performing intake....$50
K&N drop in filter....remove resonator and piping= a deep growl, intake that looks stock, performs better, and that has others asking.... damn, does he have a CAI? cuz it sure sounds like it

I guess I'm going to be the one that disagrees. I hated the AEM CAI. I thought it was too loud and ricey. I also hated that the support stem broke off. Made some really loud noises when I drove. Annoyed the crap out of me. I replaced it with the Icebox. Lot's better. Looks more stock, and not nearly as loud as the AEM. And a lot lower risk of hydrolock.
As for springs, I really liked the H&R sport springs. I had them in my car when I bought it. I liked the way it looked and handled. I only replaced them when I got coilovers. If you have the cash, I'd say go for the coilovers. If you're on a strict budget, go with the H&R sport springs. The drop should be about 1.5 in the rear and about 1.75 in the front.
