Is the TL B-pipe the same part as the B-Pipe for CL's?

Does anyone know if the Comptech B-pipe for the 2g TL's is the same part as the one for the CL's?

I searched but could not find anything

why not just have a b-pipe made? It'll be wayyyy cheaper and it's just a tube of steel. You can have a shop make it a direct bolt on with flanges.

They are not the same part number. A tl b pipe will require some modification to fit. I also would go the custom route, or wait for the tanabe or atlp catbacks. The tanabe will be out in June.

i think Jacob has to have comptech though.

I wonder if we'll be able to just buy the bpipe for the tanabe (for those who already have axlebacks).

I didn't buy mine new but it came off of a TL and I had to shorten it about 2". Someone on here said the TL fit a CL perfect but there was no way the "S" part of the B-pipe was going to fit between the heatshields.

It would be far cheaper to have one made but I've had bad experiences with shops and dual exhaust. They can never get the mufflers even. What makes thing worse is the mufflers are tilted up toward the back and angles out from each other. It's very hard for them to eyeball it.

They most likely wont sell it seperately. The tanabe mid pipe is 2.38" diameter.
