Tischer Acura is great!

Thanks to the help I got from members on this board, I discovered my IMRC was malfunctioning. So I took it in to Tischer Acura in Laurel, Maryland. They didn't exactly know about the IMRC problem, but with the pictures I gave them (thanks to the FAQ page) they understood what was wrong. The service guy knew about this board and asked if I was a member. He said they are doing a supercharger install for another member.

They also all admired my M5 lip spoiler. They thought it was the coolest thing.

I called this afternoon and they said they ordered the part and I could keep my TSX loaner (which I LOVE) until tomorrow. Their service people are just awesome compared to the service I was getting in Ellicott City at Acura West. I live 1.5 miles from Acura West and I choose to drive the 20 miles to Tischer because of their level of service. I highly recommend them!

Hey i got my car from there! I have a 99 2.3 CL and they have given me the best service by far! I went ther today to drop off my car for a recall and to get some other things fixed. They are really nice people and theres a guy named lenny there that does all aftermarket stuff for acuras. I know about him through my friend at Race Apeel in Wheaton. Im thinking about getting rid of my cl and getting a rsx-s that i saw on the lot today. But yeah Highly recommed them!

I agree with you acura west sux.I got my cls from them but for service I always took it to Rosenthal. The bad thing about Rosenthal is that they dont do any aftermarket work

I have had a great buying experience, service, and insurance work at Tischer.

They have washed my car when I asked them not to. Not a big deal, can't really see swirls in silver.

I need to check my IMRC. :o

FYI, Ye Ole Wheel & Welding Shop in Elkridge repairs bent/scratched rims. I plan on canceling my membership in the Scratched Rim Club soon (next rotation and balance).

Can anyone recommend a paintless dent removal service? Mobile service or weekend hours would be great.

didn't somebody a while back mention somebody down in College Park who's work they were very pleased with? There used to be some guy at Frankel who would pull in in the morning's and wait to see if anybody talked to him (there used to be cards around too) but I don't believe I saw him there the last time I went in. Will look around for him this Wednesday when I go in for my 30K svc.
