Tires under warranty?

I have a 02 Cl Type S and purchased it from dealer used last year and got the extended warranty to 100K. Is it true that the tires are covered under warranty?

No they are not. Normal wear items are rarely covered, brake pads, rotors, tires, wiper blades....

If you have a road hazard warranty on the tires they might be covered. What's wrong with the tires?

left tire going flat. Just had to put air in it this morning. I remember when i bought my car they gave me a pamplet and said the tires are covered under a seperate warranty but the dealer can assist. Or something like that

It'd probably be easier to go to a local tire shop and have them take a look at it. I had a screw in one of my tires recently and it cost $15 to fix at a local place.

my car has like 75Kmiles on it so i think it's past it's time for just a simple repair.
Just didn't wanna pay all that money for a new tire

Tires are not covered by the car maker. However when the car is new the tires might have a small warranty from the tire manufacture.(booklet might have been that) Even then that doesn't cover wear or mishaps. Only defects in the tires. Usually it's only like 10-12K miles or 1 year.

How many miles are one the car? I doubt they will replace them under a warranty.
