Tire rotation question

Quick question:

I got new S03's 3000 miles ago. Time for rotate. I have all neccessary tools to rotate. Question is can I rotate "without" balancing the tires ?

Thanks !

Understand all that, my question is, what about balancing the tires ? How would I know if it needs it or not ?

How would one know if it's not warped rotors ????? They balanced and "aligned" the tires when put on new (3000 miles ago). I had vibration between 65 and 55 mph. They pointed to the rotors..........So to recap and make sure I understand, "if" the rotors were NOT warped and I had a slight vibration, I can count on it being a "Balance" issue ?

Rotor issue would be noted when stepping on the brake pedal and sterring wheel shimmie/vibrate all over the place. Balance problem is encounter when traveling at high rate of speed ie 60 or 70 or 75 MPH and the whole dam car will shake. Also if you rotate your tires and when you drive it shakes like a blender then you need balancing.

Thanks dfv3.2CL. This is what I wanted to hear ! This makes sense now. I have warped rotors, nothing new, whether I need balancing would be after I rotate and notice any shaking in the steering wheel at normal to freeway speeds......
Thanks again !
