I just got my CL-s and its silver. completly stock. either way, im gonna tint 5% (ive got a nice hook-up) whats everyones opinions? Should i tint black or mirror? Anyone w. silver cars (stock, or not, S or P dont matter) please throw up some pics so i can get some ideas! thanks u all

thats what im leaning towards. ive got an appointment at solar shield thursday morning. she says they just got this new black no reflect tint. she says this tint has absolutley no reflection at all. They also just got a new "full metal" tint. and this tint has as much reflective make up thats allowed by law. any thoughts on these?

 

avoid dyed film. it will eventually turn purple.


i wouldn't go any darker than 20%.

for sure... i think im gonna go black. and i think im gonna do 5% on all 4 side windows, and then 20% on the rear window. My first legend (2dr) had 5% on the three rear windows (rear sides, and back window) and 20% on the front sides. the 5% on the rear was difficult cus parking and stuff at night was almost impossible w.o rolling down the windows and using only side mirrors

smoke!!! All around including front windshield!!! I got 35% all around and 50% front windshiled!!

 

youre crazy!!! I can hardly see as it is! what tha hell would i do if i tinted the front winshield! haha. but, ive thought about it. i would love that. and theyll do it for me but... i dunno. maybe a light mirror glaze over the front windshield... hmm... good idea!

when he wrote mirror, I think he meant metallic. I have metallic on and it looks good with silver. A friend of mine was gonna have his tint stripped to put on metallic after seeing mine.

well.. im going tommaro morning to get her tinted. i will try to get pics up asap. but i leave for florida friday morning. so im gonna be busy. but number one priority is tha ack board! i decided on 5% on the sides (Mat-black tint ((no reflection at all))) and 15% / 20% on the rear window, also black, and then perhaps a really really light mirror tint over the front windshield... but im not sure about that yet. anyway.. ill get pics up soon

Well... i went w. 15% all around. and a smoke tint. im pretty happy w. the results. i managed to get a few (shitty) pics taken before leaving town.
