Tint - Dot Matrix Help/Question

Does anybody a pic of their Dot Matrix tinted...

I got mine done, but it just doesn't look right...I mean I know its supposed to be lighter, but its light and dark inconsistently...

So, I'd really appreciate it if anyone could post pics of what their dot matrix looks like tinted...

I wish I could just post a pic of mine, but I dont have a dig cam...

Thanks a ton...

I'll try

I think I have a pic but it is not loaded up to my image event yet. I got a piece of black vinyl placed on the inside of the rear window, it looks great and no problems what so ever. I'll see if I get that up for you, I am sure you will want to switch over when you see it.

Sweet...that be great if you could post some pics...

Does the vinyl go over the tint or do you put it there instead of tint...

What exactly does black vinyl look like...does it basically look like electric tape, or is it shiny, transparent???

I was thinking about using black vinyl to do the eylids for my car...

Thanks

I will get some pics up tonight for you as long as no one dies. You have to tint the window first and then let it dry, since the tint will shrink alittle bit and you don't want a line. I went back one week later to get the vinyl installed... It is a large sheet of black vinyl.. sort of like what you guessed, eletrical tape looking. It is wet down and applied.. It overlapped the tint alittle bit since the tint will probably shrink a little more...it looks great, but he might have to redo the whole thing, since their a few bubbles in my tint part that I am not happy with..but like every professional window tinter says "Give it time and it will come out" Hope that was helpful

it overlaps maybe about quarter of an inch and the black vinyl takes the place of the tint, you dont tint and vinyl over it, then your losing the point of having the vinyl...
