Time to resurrect my CL!! =)

As some of you might know, I did a thread a few weeks ago showing my cl after I was sideswiped, well after doing some parts hunting, I located a nod drivers quarter panel for $891.00. I'm going to have it cut out and replaced be cause I despise bondo. I'm going to have the whole car sprayed the same facotory color, which is nighthawk black/blue. I'm planning on having the car looking brand spanking new, so I'm going to buy new headlight assemblies, and a new front bumper cover because I have a crack in it. I have a few questions for you guys: what is the factory paint code for nighthawk black/ blue? Also should I do a debadge? I was thinking debadge all but the a in the rear and get that led glowing a that I saw on here. Also mudflaps: should I keep them black or paint body color? I'm planning on doing a nice drop 1.6 front 2.5 rear, should I just ditch them? Any pics without mudflaps availible? Also what's the best paint for the buck? I want my paint to last, yet I want a fair price. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

you can find the color code if you open the driver door i heard..

annd it doesnt matter if you paint the mud flaps or not. but remember if your going to lower it, your going to have paint cracks on the mud flaps because it bends and what not

if i were you, i would try a different black but thats me.
