Since I have a sticky gas pedal, and every symptom sure sounds like a dirty throttle plate, I am planing to have my mechanic do the cleaning.
How many hours it takes to clean our throttle body/plate for a skilled mechanic? And how much should I be expected to pay for this (if we talking about regular mechanic)

if you can turn a wrench, you can probably do it yourself. maybe 15 mins to take offer the throttle body. and maybe another 15 to clean it.
