Driving to PAA this morning, I was on 248 in PA at about 5:40am. I notice some projector HIDs in my rearview.

BMW? Audi? MB? s2000? TSX?

Nope.

IT WAS A FORD FOCUS!

and I think it was stock too 'cuz it was some middle age woman driving it.

So if your friends tell you that HIDs are only on luxury and high end cars, tell them about the ford focus.

 

Yes some of the special edition Focus's came with HID's

EDIT: My focus buddy just told me that it is the MACH FOCUS which came with the HID's

No, the SVT doesn't have HID. The MACH was a special focus which had an upgraded stereo and some other cosmetic features like HID lights.

 

Etters is halfway between YORK and HARRISBURG

 

As long as cop cars don't get them - Because, although I am always cautious - I don't ever slow down when I see HIDs in my rearview...ya know?

 

Although I have heard of an unmarked BMW around these parts so I might still have to watch out for the HID's

 

2003 svt focus has an option for hid headlights.

Maybe his was pimping some maxima HIDs. The funniest thing happened to me a few weeks ago. There was a new Maxima with no Headlight housings, and a few cars behind there was a Honda Mini Van pimping HIDs. Coincidence?
