y can't a private company build a race track and charge people to race? y should the city use public funds to pay for a race track.

because it is something that street promised when he was elected into office. I dont think it will happen. But there is no harm in trying

i guess but i doubt you will get anywhere, the city had more pressing needs, plus from a voter standpoint, since a majority of the racers are probably from outside the city it doesn't affect him politically, so there really is no motivation for him to hold the promise.
