I have axxis ultimates/rotora front slotted.. the squeeking is ever present. It has been 2 months. I have kind of grown to live with it. Def. not going to go with ultimates next time around!!

I can't speak for the Rotora Rotors, but my Brembo pads (as shipped with the BBK) squeak only when they are cold and I only apply a slight amount of brake peddle. I checked Brembo and they said this was normal for the pad compound that's shipped with their BBK. According to CompTech, they sell pads for the Brembo BBK that are none squeaking.

So I would imagine that the squeaking with the Rotora front brake kit has more to do with the pad material, not the rotors. I recommend checking with Rotora.

Yeah I have the squeaking too, only on the front drivers side though. I tried the anti squeal stuff .. no luck .. it seems lke its happening less and less as time goes on or maybe I'm getting more used to it. only time will tell. drives me crazy though.

I did the install and I know for a fact I did not wash them off

I didnt realize I had to. I'm sure if I did I wouldnt be in this situation but its a little too late for that now isnt it?

when I get mine put on, I don't want any squeaking at all. I'll personally wash mine before I get them installed to make sure the processing chemical on the rotors is not the culprit.
