Thinking of selling my CL-S

I test drove a new Stang Cobra, and let me tell you it's much more fun to drive. Plus it has a real stick. What do you guys think?

a buddy had one, and after 5000 miles, everything was rattling. Hers was a convertibe cobra SVT and damn besides the fact that you couldnt talk or anything when you were in it , build quality is very very poor. reliability was okay from what she said. but then again she got rid of it after 22000 miles. the rattles were too bad. great ngine, but chassis sucks.

If you can afford the insurance jackup that a Cobra has, and you aren't worried about snow, then the Cobra will be a ton of fun for you.

I'd only do this if you plan on keeping it for 10 years. If you even think you'll get rid of it in 3 years or so, then don't do it. You'll lose your ass.

A strut tower brace and subframe connectors work wonders on the car. I'd be hesitant as hell to by a Cobra vert unless I only put a few thousand miles a year on it.

The coupe should be much better. However, if I was going to buy either a CL-S or a Cobra and drive it everyday, I'd have to get the Acura.

I have a 98 ZX2 with 83k miles on it. It's perfect, so I'm not a Ford basher. I just don't trust American cars.

You're kidding, right? I mean, like are you sure that you're from Northern California, not DETROIT? Get a perspective, man, or at least get HEADERS for your CL-S...

Stangs are whack no offense. I would't buy that car, I would get the vette instead because that's a true american muscle car!

Get at least a vette. A Mustang is a step back unless you are 20 and need a chick magnet...lol.

He is like 20...and if he doesn't mind a step down...in quality for a step up in performance...it's ideal for him...do what you want...personally, if you want something fast...I'd get an S2K...and buy the SC...
