Thinkin' about saying Goodbye to the CL...

I'm seriously thinking about selling my CL-S as I think I want to upgrade cars. How much do you guys think I could get for it? Check out my mods in my sig...Its has 13,900 miles on it.
The car I'm seriously looking at is a used CLK430, like 01-02 with less than 30k on it. I've found a couple for about $35k with around 25k miles. I love the look and feel of the clk and the V8 would be sick! Plus, I think I'm done with the manual transmission as its such a pain in the rear in traffic. Besides, when I'm feeling alittle gitty I'll just jump in my project car '76 alfa romeo spider ( I know I know, its nothing but it sure feels like you're flying when you're in it, top down!!) Let me know your thoughts. Thanks guys.

Would like dibs on your greddy evo2 if your parting out the car.... Yes the CLK430 actually a car which I would love to upgrade my self... You should be able to get 23K minimum for car since it has such low miles, and with nav definitely helps. I would put asking 25,000 and wait it out a bit for a buyer unless ur in a rush to sell it. Best of luck though, and would like your exhaust once again if you part out...

I drive on traffic with my 6-speeder; I've never been tired of it.

Your car is just 2 years old; such a rare sample with Navi, its worth to keep a bit more IMO.
You will get maybe 25K Tops

Yeah, driving in traffic with a 6 speed can be a bitch. I love the CLK 430, test a drove a few before buying the CLS. It was just a little out of my price range, but that was the car that I had my heart set on. I do know that their are alot of issues with constant uneven tire wear in the front with the CLK. Just a side note to watch for. Good luck with the new toy and the V8 287 hp is quick.

CLK 430 is very nice. I bought my 2003 CL-S, silver, auto, 10,800 miles, stock except for tint. MINT, on Sept 30, 2004. Paid $21,500 in northern NJ from a dealer.

The MB CLK's are cool but I prefer the newest CLK (wow!) over the older, (cost a lot more ).
I'd be hesitant to take on a MB with their lower reliability than Honda, esp for their prices. good luck anyhow. I'd keep the CLS, personally, but I love to shift and I don't drive bumper to bumper that much.

Look, bro... it's easy. You could switch to an auto AND stick with Honda reliability... with zero cash out of your pocket! Just take my 01 CL-S with Nav and gimme your 6 speed... and we'll call it even.

My god I would love to trade someone for their 6 sp. w/ Nav.

The new CLK really doesn't look very good to me, other than in AMG form, and then too... it's maybe 1/3rd as hot as the previous CLK55. The old one was a lot more stately, somehow, while the new one looks like it belongs in the garage of some nouveau riche 30 year old.
