Some facts
All CLs and their engines were manufactured in Ohio, the transmissions came from Japan. Honda's Anna engine plant builds the most reliable product in the world.
Transmission are now built in Ohio at the Indian Lake plant. The new Southern Honda facility will be mfg. gears for US built transmissions.
The NSX is alive and will be powered by a V-10.
Don't hold your breath for a new CL.

Current version of the NSX is done... Goto acura.com and look at the models... Every model is a 2006, EXCEPT the NSX... it's a 2005 (gotta clear out the leftovers).
This article says AROUND 2008... (v10, blah, blah).
http://www.autoweek.com/news.cms?newsId=102981
Vtec/net's model matrix says... http://vtec.net/modelmatrix/
"Production of the current model ceases at the end of 2005" and in the "2008 and beyond" column it says "V-10 power" for the NSX...
Where is the 2006 NSX model info that acura put out ??

As far as the comments about the customer service go, I have had experience with both good and bad dealerships. The service department that I go to is top rate and they bend over backwards to accomidate my schedule, even giving me a loaner over night for a simple oil change and broken heat shield. I guess it is too bad that all dealerships can't be like that.

You must be rubbing someone the right way or are very charming and bring them liquor or chocolates! ( I read on the bimmer forums of a guy that does this when his 6 coupe is serviced).
My dealer couldn't even change my oil right, they comped it for me but still, incompetent. Hard to trust them. As far as a loaner for an oil change, man they'd still be laughing over that one.

Well my dealership has idiots for saleman, but the service dept is
They are mod freindly and will give me a loaner anytime I ask.
Also for this thread, the main thing you should be looking for on a new acura coupe is that they actually make it. I doubt its ever gonna happen

If they don't produce it before the new Lexus IS coupe, new BMW 3 coupe, or the revised Infiniti G coupe then Acura might as well forget it. I think all these will be big sellers, esp the BMW coupe, out in June I think.
I definitely think there will be a new premium Acura coupe but it's taking too long.

I have plenty of HP. Now styling, I'll give you, but I think the new TL is a styling success, and hopefully a new coupe would get the same approach. The RL styling is bland I agree.
I've stayed with Acura coupes (Legends and CLS) for value, features, and reliability. The Germans and Infiniti can't match that IMO and Toyota offers nothing similar in a coupe.

And in terms of features, the germans have been light years in front of Honda forever. Yea, they don't have the value or the reliability though.
