Is there a safe spray lube to use for CT rear swaybar bushings?

I've also got a squeaky CT rear swaybar. Is there any type of spray type lubricant that would be safe to use on the polyurethane bushings that would stop the squeaking for several weeks? The reason I ask, is I don't have the time remove, lube and reinstall the bushings, risking breaking a bushing bracket bolt. I'd prefer to just spray the bushings cause I'm due to bring in my CLS to the dealer early next month where they will replace the bushings with hard rubber bushings, along with installing konis/CT strutbar & catback exhaust.

I guess you didn't really read my post. The dealer will be installing the bushings next month, along with other stuff (the dealer has ordered everything, including the bushings)... in the mean time, I don't want to mess with the bushing except maybe use some kind of spray lube that will get rid of the squeaking until I go to the dealer...
