Hey Scooter did you ever consider putting in some real PIAA fogs. Even if you dont like them outside there have been people that placed them behind the fog housing. As for me I wanted to place them in the outside vents but just didn't fit so instead of sending them back I placed them where they are now. Your road lamps look bright with the 19224 but you know they are still not real fogs and if you ever wanted to put in the fogs I would help you as much as possible.

i personally can't seem to justify spending $500+ and converting the road lamps into real fogs...i get flashed every night i go out driving anyway

the PIAA's u have make the car much more aggressive looking when they're on, esp in my rearview

figure $10 for 2 bulbs...calculate road lamps, maps, doors, license plate, trunk, and backup...$100 for bulbs, prob another $100 for shipping, give or take a few

IMO, and i stress IMO, lighting is just as important a cosmetic mod as let's say blue high beam's or wood trim kit or cleared lights b/c they're not the eyesoar they used to b...but if u don't care bout the stock lights, that's cool too...it's just my personal preference

Problem with LED lights is they only have a focused beam. Sure they're bright when you look straight into them, but they don't project any light back to utilize the reflectors in the lamp housings. That's why if you see cars/trucks with LED lights, the LEDs make up the entire lense (i.e. buses, the new caddy....)

This thread definitely deserved the bump. Just a reminder, the Polarg M-28 fits perfectly in the dome light because it's the exact same size as the original. And there are currently no super white replacement bulbs available for the vanity lights.

Is the Polarg M2 the best fitment for the reverse light because i know last time i got double filament and i had to bend it out of the way.

this dome light would work right

The dome light should be ok, its a little small, so you will have to bend the metal tabs in a little bit, no biggie.

Please post pics of the dome light after you have it in!!!!!
I would love to see how it looks!!!!

As for the reverse light, either the M2 from Polarg or the 19225 from PIAA will work!!!!

werd guys!!! I ordered all the lights (driving bulbs, maps, dome, lic. plate, trunk, and doors) and put em in last night. Man do they make a difference!! I DEFINITELY recommend PIAA for everything. I only have one problem....I can't seem to get the god damn trunk light out, because the little thing its in has such little room for fingers to pull that fucker out. Anybody got any ideas? oh BTW...the lic. plate makes the back look a ton better too!!

to u guys!!

`John
