I'd just like to reiterate how great Wayne and Park Ave Acura are. I spoke with another dealer, Ocean Acura and they wouldn't give a loaner for a warranty fix and 2 bulletin fixes, even though I could hold off two weeks to get a loaner. Ocean just wouldn't budge, you don't buy it here you don't get a loaner they said. I would just like to publicly thank Wayne for contacting me and making the Acura experience pleasurable and life in general that much easier. Thanks Wayne! I will be having my car fixed at Park Ave Acura in the next week or so.

sucks that some dealerships are run so badly.. giving a great company a bad name within its loyalty base.... but this Wayne fellow... he makes me wish i could move back up to the tri-state area just to get good service ...... ------------------

I know in a couple of months when I'm looking to buy, I could very well be making the 50 or so mile trip (each way) down to Park Acura to buy a car. I don't know about having it serviced there, but hey, you never know. This is how all dealer experiences should be.......

Ok, I gotta ask... Where's Park Ave. Acura? I bought my CL-S from Brunswick Acura and so far they're ok but I haven't had to bring it in for service yet. They did however screw up the title paperwork. If it's not too far from Pennington, I'd consider going, just because of the raves here on the forum.

park ave acura is in maywood new jersey, its about 1 mile from the garden state plaza. right off many major highways, 17, 80, 3, 46, garden state parkway, and route 4 also
