I'm just writing to say that I had a great experience at PAA today... I got the comptech springs put in and while I waited they offered me a loaner car to go the mall to help pass the time. Their establishment is second to none.. !!

If only all dealerships knew that treatment like this causes people to buy all of their cars from them and also to spread the word and encourage others to go there as well. My local acura Jordan Motors is pretty good but i dont think they would go that far to please me.

 

Every time i read these posts about PAA i can only think of one word..... Franchise !!

It's a nice thought, but you can't franchise peoples attitudes.

 

I am thinking of dropping by PAA on a visit to NJ later on this year. I feel that I *MUST* experience the service that everyone is raving about.

Also, maybe for once, someone can really "fix" my car and get rid of all the problems..

Wayne or Jens: Does a US dealership honor Canadian warrenty claims or will I run into problems?

 

im defininately going there to get my car and all the after market installations done.

 

RUVZ- Unfortunately, we cannot do warranty work on Canadian cars. We would still love to have you stop by and visit, though. Maybe we can give you a few pointers on how to get your problems fixed.

 

I thought there would be such a problem... It would really suck if I moved to the U.S with my car...
