The protection package. I didn't really want the dealer to install the full thing, just wanted the floormats and the wheel locks but I got the whole thing from them free of charge so I was like "why not".

Man am I ever thankful now that I did that. I replaced my brake lines this past weekend with the IST Carbo covered SS ones. Well I was extrememly careful with the left over brake fluid, capped the bottle tightly, put it in a zip lock bag with some rags in there and all that jazz. I opened my trunk this morning and I find the film all over the bottom of the trunk tray. Damn bag ripped or something and the fluid leaked out. DAMN IT!!!
BUT, thanks to the trunk tray it caught it all and none got on the carpet or anywhere else, so I just pulled it out and cleaned it off with Simple Green. WOOHOO, it's amazing how those minor little extras (ie trunk tray) can really make a difference.

Just my little OH $H!T experience for the week.
