Come on you think I would waste my time with a cutout if I was not s/c? lol I always do my homework before make a major decision when it comes to the car. I just can't wait to see the face of the guy I run for money at the track when i hit that button. He is going to be like WTF did i just get myself into hahahah If you need any info about the whole set up I will be glad to share the info, I am not one of those guys who keeps the project (top secret)

davepaul33 does your check engine light come on with the cutout open? i'm going to put one on its not a big deal if it does I can clear it but it gets annoying after a while

It never came on, but I don't think it has been open long enough to throw a code.

What brand of electric cut out do you have? I was going to go with QTP any suggestions?

question about the cutout.

i have an aftermarket radio so my volume control on the steering wheel no longer functions. do you think the cutout could be wired to the up and down volume buttons??? that would be sweet.

Anything can be wired up. Just trace the wires of simply splice right at the switch.

lol cruise doesn't work anymore I should wire to that. It would be hilarious if I let someone else drive my car and they tried to use cruise blahhhhhhhhh! WTF?!?! lol

Depends on the person, not random ppl, my best friend once in a while. . . but I'm very protective of it. Plus I get to drive his stuff...SRT4, SLK280, were some past cars hopefully SS Silverado that I helped him supercharge and SL55 AMG this summer. . . .
