No, those are ADR Kasai's in 17. +40 offset.
Don't remember if it is lowered or not.. Just remember the wheels.

Sid, that's Moo's car. It's got the Stock Michellins up front and some new Proxies in back I think. He burned out the original front too michellins and used to ones in back up front.
