Tried searching, but I cannot search for "TCS" since it is too short.

Yesterday while driving normally, my TCS light came on and stayed on. It is gone today and the car is driving fine. What does this mean?
No other lights came on which is confusing me. When my tranny went the TCS light and CEL light both illuminated, but not this time.

(Don't think you need the diag. tool. Go to Autozone.)

 

I recommend a trip to Autozone or the dealership. It can be a number of things and why speculate when you can just find out for sure. , that it's not your tranny.

Yup my buddy has a scan tool but can't get my hands on it till next week. Was just hoping someone knew before then so I wouldn't have to bother him.

 

Autozone will do it for free.
