Sylvania XENARC HID Aux. Low-Beams

Anyone have these lights? I'm thinking of getting them, and would like to install them in the air-dam pocket where the road lamps were in the '01+'02s.

Any thoughts??

I thought about getting them more than 6 months ago, and they are now on sale on suvlights.com for $329 + $15 shipping, $344 total!!! (They used to be $369, and that was the best price I found)

Now that the sun will begin setting earlier and earlier, and rising later and later I kinda want another set of HID lights, hmmmm......

I think the 5400k of the XENARC Low-Beams will look good with my Philips Untinon 5800k D2r bulbs that are already on my car (Thanks JOE!)-------

I have both the Headlight Lowbeam upgrade and the aux. Driving lights upgrade, and together they look really sweet. They are definitely worth the money.

Nikon, looks like you installed the Xenarcs in your Tahoe, did you use the remote that came with the kit, or did you hard-wire the switch into the cabin through the firewall? Thanks man-

Meth, where did you get your lights for $269 shipped??? That could save me $30. Also, where you order your replacement glass??? I talked to Sylvania, and they told me they charge $50-

Actually, I didn't personally install the Lights, I bought them on sale from a full customization shop up here, and they installed them for free. But, I think that they hard-wired the switch, but I'm not positive...

Sorry..

Grey I got them both from sylvania.com. I purchased them pretty close to when they came out so they might have gone up a bit since then. If they send you the whole light for 50 bucks I still think that's a good deal

Thanks Meth, I'm going to get this once I get paid. Where did you mount your lights, and do you like the location?

I'm really interested in these lamps, but may be convinced totally if I see them. I haven't seen them in person yet, is there any way I could check them out on your car?? I'm also planning on doing the install myself, so I would love to see how they are wired up-
