Alright so this guys charger was so freaking loud that I could hear it through my closed windows on the highway just as if I was in the car. Anyway, so I'm moving at about 75 mph pulling up to him in the left lane. Immediately after seeing me, he sped up to match my speed. We slowed down to 40 and on his third honk we went at it.

Lets just put it this way, I got the ricer fly-by after we both took the same exit.
But before this, I was a good 4 to 5 cars away from him.

Not worth my gas.

That's sad...i was hoping for at least a little bit of a fight from a supercharged TC. Nice kill though

they get a 40 hp boost and a little more tq with the s/c, i think 200hp , i know they are 160 stock..

The thing is that he had some stuff done to it. I mean that blower was LOUD.. exhaust done, CF hood and trunk, the works.. Stock wheels though

Either way, it was fun to open my baby up against another car

there's an old cl member who got a tc and turboed it... he killed a cl, i think it was posted...

but yeah ive seen somewhere that at 9psi i believe they get to 200HP...for a generic S/C. there was also another one that gets like 250HP at similiar psi. and all of this should be crank power...he should just stick to racing civics.

Yeah the supercharger is factory warrantied and 40hp added at the crank that is so sad . You can purchase them already supercharged, in short it was a waste of your gas. I have a dark gray turboed TC that lives right across the street from me all I can say is wow totally different story . Nice kill he should have stuck with chasing civic si's or something in that category. I would not doubt that a stock cls would beat that charged TC.

turbo t/c really isnt much i kept up wit my friends we ran it about 1/4 mile it looses all power around 70 he had me prolly had me by the length of my frnt end..

No, he didn't let off but i dont know about his tuning... It was fast as he pulled on me from a 60mph roll but after 90-100 I passed him easily.. there's a Vid in the T.L racing section that shows a turboed scion Tc doing somewhat of the same thing... I will look it up and post the link..
