Style sheet template problem on the threads page?

Style sheet template problem on the threads page?
Seems to have an unclosed tag or something and not pulling the style sheet properly b/c of it. Can someone fix it?

That is popping up in the left hand corner. At least I'm not the only one noticing this...lol...I think someone went blind so they had to make the font bigger.
I'm sure this thread will be
ed soon and should be posted in Ramblings.
